Orders Ship Within 1 Business Day
Merchandise on our website ships from our distribution center, or from different locations. Multiple item orders may not ship from the same location, and could arrive separately. Orders shipping in the Continental United States should be received within 5-8 business days, unless 3-4 Day Day, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Delivery are selected. For those RUSH delivery orders, we recommend calling 1-800-837-5437 by 11:00 am EST weekdays if the order needs to ship the same day. Otherwise, all RUSH orders placed online will ship the next business day. This excludes Drop Ship items that state the approximate shipping time in the description of each item. We ship our products DHL, USPS and UPS. International orders may take longer, depending on the distance, location and carrier.

Drop-Ship & Personalized Items
Selected items (some of which are very large or personalized items) are drop shipped to you directly from our suppliers. Drop ship items are indicated within the product descriptions. These items are charged to your credit card upon release of the order to our drop-shipper. Please allow 1-4 weeks, depending on the item, for these items to reach you due to the fact they must be shipped by truck. We're sorry, but some of the very large items cannot be shipped outside the Continental North America. You will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged in full when your order is processes. You will be notified via email of items that may be back-ordered. These items are expected to ship within 30 days unless otherwise notified. All credit card information you provide is considered strictly confidential and restricted solely to our order processing use. Our web site is secured so your credit card information cannot be accessed by anyone else.
If you pay by credit card, the charge will appear as KidsStuff.com on your credit card statement.
When you receive your order you will find a packing slip included in your box. If you need to exchange an item (different size, color, etc.) simply re-order the correct item right away so we can have it on the way to you. Then fill out the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and return it to us along with the merchandise to: Perfectly Safe, 7090 Whipple Ave NW, North Canton, Ohio, 44720, USA. We will process your return within 72 hours of receipt and credit your credit card. Be sure to tell us the reason for your return or exchange - your input will help us to know if we need to improve on a product or offer better descriptive or sizing information. Unused items returned in their original packaging (in the same condition you would like it shipped to you) within 30 days will be refunded for the full purchase price less shipping and handling charges. We will not accept opened packages back. Personalized items, bedding, opened videos, tapes and CDs are not returnable.
